Product
Tavero
The CRM that grew out of everyday business.
Origin story
Not an off-the-shelf CRM — built from our own daily business.
Tavero isn't a product we buy in and resell — it originated within our own group of companies: two of NCON's three partners also run a solar installation business and found no CRM that matched their daily work of consulting, quoting, and installation.
So we built it ourselves. Not at a drawing board, but in that solar business's real daily operations: views and workflows grew out of actual jobs — and were discarded again when they didn't hold up.
We name this personal closeness openly because it's the reason Tavero looks the way it does — not because an outside customer asked for it, but because we use it ourselves every day. As a multi-tenant system, Tavero is also suited to other trade and service businesses with comparable workflows.
The system
A CRM for workflows, not for spreadsheets.
- Contacts and companies in one place
- Deal pipeline as a kanban board
- Activities and tasks per job
- Email integration via IMAP
- Multi-tenancy with roles and permissions
- Mobile app for iOS and Android
Who it's for
Businesses with recurring workflows.
- Field service businesses
- Trade and installation businesses
- Service providers with recurring workflows
Surfaces
Two views from real daily business.
Deal pipeline as a kanban board
Every job moves through lead, quote, and won as its own card — company, amount, and date at a glance.
Contacts and companies in one place
Contact person, company, and status live in one shared view, instead of spread across an inbox and sticky notes.
Operations and data protection
Tenant separation at the organization level.
Each organization sees only its own data. The owner, admin, and member roles control who has access to what within the organization.
